Missionary Society #1
Requirement: Middle East conference with additional participants from Europe, Africa, and United States of America. Full board accommodation required for 85 delegates, 26 children, 4 infants, hotel near to beach, private and secure conference room, children’s room and crèche. Some families on limited budget. Conference duration 11 days.

Solution: 3* hotel, 500 meters from the beach, conference room seating up to 120 delegates with audio visual facilities, two adjoining private rooms for children’s activities, 6 rooms allocated as family rooms sleeping 4 persons, early supper for children. Private airport transfers. Average cost per delegate under US$45.00 per day.

Missionary Society #2
Requirement: Mediterranean and Middle East conference. Full board accommodation required for 65 delegates, 16 children, private secure conference room and children’s room, security of delegates of up most importance. Conference duration 5 days.

Solution: 3* hotel, quiet resort location, conference room with audio visual facilities, private room for children’s activities, all rooms located together on high floor. Private airport transfers. Average cost per delegate under US$50.00 per day.

Overseas Group
Requirement: Accommodation with tour guide support for 25 visitors from South East Asia. Full board high quality hotel, conference room for 1 hour daily. Visit duration 4 days.

Solution: 4* hotel, near to airport, exclusive use of minibus and driver for duration of the visit, specially organised excursions to Paphos (day 1) and Troodos mountains (day 2). Average cost per delegate under US$75.00 per day
